Undersea fiber connection links Georgia, Western Europe

Caucasus Online (headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia) contracted Tyco Telecommunications, a business unit of Tyco Electronics, to construct an undersea fiber optic system from Poti, Georgia, to Varna, Bulgaria.
